Na Tinombur

Na Tinombur is bataknese fish dish. Normally, it use carp, grouper, and catfish that are then grilled and served with sambal tombur. The preparation for the fish is only by season it with lime juice, salt and pepper. Then, just grilled the fish and prepare for sambal tombur.

Moreover, Sambal Tombur is the sauteed or blanched of torch ginger, tomato, andaliman, salt and pepper, shallots, candlenuts, peanuts, red and green bird chilies, and ginger.
